This confirms it is just a courtesy bill—it has not been fiscally registered with the national tax agency. 📡❌ 🔴 (2) Missing Business Details: Notice there is NO P. IVA (Partita IVA, tax ID) or address listed at the top. This is a massive red flag. 🚩🚫 It lists items, but the prices suggest this isn't a casual neighborhood spot. 🔴 (3) No VAT: It shows a total of €110.00 but does not show any breakdown of the IVA (VAT tax), meaning the tax on this sale has not been recorded by the state. Conclusion: This transaction legally does not exist in the mainframe! 🔴 (4) The NON FISCALE Warning: Finally, at the very bottom, it often clearly prints "NON FISCALE" or "TENDERED" to remind you (and the authorities) that this is not a final tax document. If they give you this, always wait for the final fiscal receipt! 📡💻
🟢🔍 Investigating Visual 2: The Real Fiscal Gold Standard Scontrino (Right)
Now, contrast that with the enhanced image on the right, marked with green numbers A to E, from the famous pizzeria "al Solito Porzio"! 🍕🏆 This receipt is the digital fingerprint proving that the transaction is registered with the state mainframe.
Header checks: 🌟 It proudly states "DOCUMENTO COMMERCIALE di vendita o prestazione" (Commercial Document of Sale or Service). This unique legal title confirms it is a valid fiscal document. You also see the full business name, address, and mandatory P. IVA (Partita IVA) tax number. 🏢🔢 🍽️ Itemization checks: It clearly breaks down the order: mandatory Coperto (€4 cover charge), Partenope pizza (€22), large water (€2.50), and beer (€5.00)🍋💸 Total checks: The total bill was €33.50.
